  Mayonnaise 1⁄4 Pint (150 Milliliter)
  Tomato puree 1 Tablespoon
  Grated lemon rind 1 Teaspoon
  Lemon juice 2 Tablespoon
  Worcestershire sauce 1 Teaspoon
  Tabasco sauce 1 Teaspoon
  Finely grated onion/Spring onion 1 Teaspoon
  Chopped parsley 1 Tablespoon
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

GETTING READY
1) Arrange all the ingredients to be used in preparation.

MAKING
2) In a bowl, place all the ingredients and blend well.
3) Season the sauce with salt and pepper.
