Baked Mushrooms In Cream
|Onion juice||12 Drop|
|Light cream||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
Wipe mushrooms with damp cloth; remove stems, reserving for soup or sauce.
Put 1 drop of onion juice in each cap; arrange mushrooms, cap side down, in glass baking dish.
Dot with butter; pour cream over.
Cover and cook in preheated hot oven (400°F.) for 15 minutes, or until mushrooms are tender.
Serve on buttered toast or over broiled hamburger.
