Chili Pepper Pasta With Jalapeno Butter Sauce

Ingredients
  Chili pepper pasta 12 Ounce (1 Package)
  Sweet cream butter 4 1⁄2 Tablespoon
  Diced jalapeno peppers 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Minced garlic 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Tomatillo 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs), diced
  Chopped cilantro 2 Tablespoon
  White wine 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Lime juice 3 Tablespoon
  Black pepper To Taste
  Salt To Taste
  Grated romano cheese 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
Directions

GETTING READY
1) Follow the package direction to cook pasta.

MAKING
2) Use a large skillet, to melt butter over medium heat.
3) Add jalapenos, garlic and tomatillos to sauté for 3 to 4 minutes.
4) Fold in cilantro, wine, lime juice, salt and pepper.
5) Reduce heat to low and simmer sauce for 2 to 3 minutes.
6) Toss the hot Chili Pepper Pasta with the cooked sauce.

SERVING
7) Serve into bowls and top with cheese before serving.
