Ingredients
  Onion 1 Medium, diced
  Butter 2 Tablespoon
  Cooked beans 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Sweet corn 1 Cup (16 tbs), scraped
  Winter squash 1 Cup (16 tbs), diced
  Basil 1 Teaspoon, chopped
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Paprika 1 Dash
  Milk/Vegetable broth 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Directions

MAKING
1) In a heavy saucepan, saute the onion in butter, add all other ingredients, mix well.
2) Simmer covered until the squash is tender and the mixture is thick and creamy

SERVING
3) Serve on a nice dish.
