Blueberry Maple Sauce

Ingredients
  Blueberries 375 Milliliter (1 1/2 Cups)
  Apple juice 60 Milliliter (1/4 Cup)
  Maple syrup 15 Milliliter (1 Tablespoon)
  Bay leaf 1
  Freshly grated nutmeg 1 Dash
Directions

Place 1/2 cup (125 ml) of the blueberries with the apple juice in a blender and process on medium speed until smooth.
Pour into a saucepan with remaining blueberries and other ingredients.
Bring to a boil, then simmer for five minutes.
Sauce can be chilled and served over fresh fruit salad or on toasted fruit breads.
