Seafood Sauce Flavored With Nutmeg
|Butter||4 1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Milk||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Shrimp/Crabmeat||1 Can (10 oz), chopped|
|Cooked peas||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
1) In a double boiler, melt the butter, stir in the flour, add milk and smoothen the mixture until thick.
2) Add the nutmeg, seafood, peas and stir into the mixture and continue to cook on a low heat for a while.
3) Serve immediately.
