Asparagus White Sauce
|Butter/Margarine||6 Tablespoon (1/4 Cup Plus 2 Tablespoons)|
|All purpose flour||6 Tablespoon (1/4 Cup Plus 2 Tablespoons)|
|Asparagus liquid||1 Cup (16 tbs) (Use The Reserved One)|
|Milk||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
1.In a heavy saucepan, heat butter and add flour to it.
2.Stir the flour continuosly and let it cook for a minute.
3.Put asparagus liquid and milk slowly in the pan and let them cook on medium flame.
4.Keep stirring until a thick and light sauce is formed.
5.Use when desired.
