Horse-Radish Sauce

Ingredients
  Butter 2 Tablespoon
  Grated fresh horseradish 2 Tablespoon
  Thick cream 1 Tablespoon (Very Thick)
  Lemon juice 1⁄2 Teaspoon
Directions

MAKING
1) In a mixer, cream the butter.
2) Then, gradually add in freshly grated horseradish, cream and lemon juice. Mix for several minutes.
3) Transfer the horseradish sauce into a suitable bowl and keep cold till it is served.

SERVING
4) Serve with a dish of your choice.
