|Grated fresh horseradish||2 Tablespoon|
|Thick cream||1 Tablespoon (Very Thick)|
|Lemon juice||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
1) In a mixer, cream the butter.
2) Then, gradually add in freshly grated horseradish, cream and lemon juice. Mix for several minutes.
3) Transfer the horseradish sauce into a suitable bowl and keep cold till it is served.
4) Serve with a dish of your choice.
