Carrots In Wine Sauce

Ingredients
  Carrots 8 Medium, peeled and sliced
  Minced onion 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Garlic 1⁄2 Clove (2.5 gm)
  Melted butter/Margarine 1 Tablespoon
  All purpose flour 1 Tablespoon
  Consomme 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (Undiluted)
  Dry white wine 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄8 Teaspoon
Directions

MAKING
1.In a bowl, mix margarine, peanut butter and powdered sugar.
2.Put rice cereal and stir the mixture well and then shape it into balls of 1 inch size.
3.Take a double broiler and mix choclote morsels with parafin in its top and place the broiler on boiling water.
4.Stir the chocolate until it melts.
5.Arrange peanut butter balls in the chocolate and coat them with chocolate by using a spoon.
6.Once done, with the help of spoon or spatula, take th eballs out and place them on waxed paper.
7.Follow the same process with all balls.

SERVING
8.Serve with whipped cream.
