Hot Fudge Sauce

Ingredients
  Unsweetened chocolate 4 Ounce (4 Squares Of 1 Ounce Each)
  Margarine 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Salt 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Granulated sugar 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Evaporated milk 1 2⁄3 Cup (26.67 tbs)
Directions

Melt chocolate and margarine in top of double boiler.
Slowly stir in salt, sugar, and evaporated milk.
Bring to boil stirring constantly.
Remove immediately from heat.
Cool to room temperature.
Put in an airtight container and store in refrigerator.
Will keep indefinitely.
Reheat again before serving.
