Shrimp In White Sauce

Ingredients
  Cooked shrimp 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Mayonnaise 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Chopped pimiento 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Green onions 1 Cup (16 tbs), chopped (Small Ones)
  Green pepper 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), chopped
  Worcestershire sauce 1 Dash
For sauce
  Margarine 2 Teaspoon
  Flour 1 Teaspoon
  Milk 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Grated sharp cheese 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (New York State Variety)
Directions

Make sauce; remove from stove and add cheese.
To this add: chopped pimento, green onion, green pepper and dash of Worcestershire sauce.
When ready to serve add: 1 1/2 cup small shrimp and 1/2 cup mayonnaise.
Heat and serve on rice.
