Remoulade Sauce

Ingredients
  Creole mustard 10 1⁄2 Ounce (2 Jars Of 5 1/4 Ounce Each)
  Olive oil 10 Tablespoon (1/2 Cup Plus 2 Tablespoons)
  Catsup 3 Tablespoon
  Vinegar 1 Tablespoon
  Lemon juice 1 Tablespoon
  Green onions 3 , chopped
  Celery stalk with leaves 1 , minced
  Celery heart 1 , minced
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

MAKING
1) In a medium mixing bowl mix thoroughly all ingredients.
2) Cover and keep in refrigerator to chill.
3) Store in refrigerator till required.
