|Sugar||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Melted butter||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Grated lemon rind||1 Tablespoon|
|Lemon juice||2 Tablespoon|
|Whipped cream||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
Beat egg yolks until thick and lemon colored.
Add sugar, melted butter, lemon rind and juice.
Fold in cream and chill.
Serve on-Snow Squares.
