Butterscotch Cream Sauce

Ingredients
  Butterscotch chips 80 Gram
  Confectionery sugar 180 Milliliter
  Boiling water 60 Milliliter
  Whipping cream 250 Milliliter
  Egg white 1
  Vanilla extract 5 Milliliter
Directions

In a double boiler melt the butterscotch, stir in the sugar and water.
Remove from the heat and cool.
Whip the cream and fold into the butterscotch.
Whip the egg white and fold into the mixture along with vanilla.
Use as required.
