Barbecued Sauce

Ingredients
  Butter/Margarine 1⁄2 Pound
  Onions 2 1⁄2 Pound, chopped
  Garlic cloves 8 , finely chopped (Buttons)
  Oil 1 Quart
  Catsup 2 Quart
  Worcestershire 40 Ounce (4 Bottles)
  Black pepper 2 Ounce (1/2 Small Can)
  Red pepper 1 Ounce
  Mustard 3 1⁄2 Ounce (1/2 Small Jar)
  Vinegar 1 Pint
  Lemons 3 , juiced
Directions

Saute onions and garlic in butter until tender.
Add remaining ingredients.
Simmer over low heat until slightly thick.
More pepper may be added, if desired.
Makes about 5-quarts.
May be stored in refrigerator.
