Ingredients
  Mayonnaise 1 Cup (16 tbs), flavored with dijon mustard
  Parsley 2 Tablespoon, finely chopped
  Chervil leaves/0.5 tablespoon finely chopped 1 Tablespoon
  Tarragon leaves/0.5 tablespoon finely chopped 1 Tablespoon
  Anchovy fillets 4
  Baby cornichons 4 (French Dill Finely Chopped)
Directions

Place myonnaise into a large mixing bowl.
Chop all the other ingredients and add them to the bowl.
Stir well to combine.
Taste for seasoning and add another cornichon or anchovy if needed.
