Simple Barbecue Sauce
|Unsulphured molasses||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Prepared mustard||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Vinegar||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
1) Combine together the mustard and the molasses and mix properly.
2) Add the vinegar and stir the mixture.
3) Use and serve as needed.
The recipe makes 3 cups of sauce and a single cup is enough to barbecue 8 broiler-fryer chicken halves or about 2 dozen frankfurters or hamburgers.
