Brazil Nut Hard Sauce
|Butter||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Confectioners sugar||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
|Cream||1 1⁄2 Tablespoon|
|Grated orange rind||2 Teaspoon|
|Chopped brazil nuts||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
Cream butter until soft.
Beat in half the sugar gradually, add cream and beat in remaining sugar.
Add orange rind and Brazil nuts.
Beat until fluffy.
Makes about 2 cups sauce.
