Onion Bake With Mushroom Cheese Sauce
|All purpose flour||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Celery salt||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Milk||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
|Pimiento||1 , minced|
|Thinly sliced onion rings||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Eggs||3 , beaten|
|Soft bread crumbs||2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)|
|Mushroom cheese sauce||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) (Adjust Quantity As Needed)|
Melt butter in a saucepan; blend in flour and seasonings.
Gradually stir in milk.
Cook, stirring constantly, over low heat until thickened.
Add remaining ingredients except Mushroom-Cheese Sauce and mix well.
Pour into greased 1 1/4-quart casserole.
Set in pan of hot water and bake in preheated moderate oven (350°F.) for 45 minutes, or until firm.
Serve with Mushroom-Cheese Sauce.
