Vegetable Loaf With Cheese Sauce

Ingredients
For loaf
  Cooked brown rice 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Grated carrots 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Plain yogurt 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Eggs 4 , beaten
  Chopped onion 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Chopped parsley 2 Tablespoon
  Basil 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Butter/Oleo 2 Tablespoon
  Flour 2 Tablespoon
  Milk 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Grated cheddar cheese 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Cayenne pepper/3 drops tabasco sauce 1⁄8 Teaspoon
Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Grease 8 x 5-inch loaf pan.
Set aside.
In large bowl, combine all loaf ingredients until well mixed.
Spoon into prepared loaf pan.
Place in large roasting pan on oven shelf.
Fill roaster with water to 1-inch from top.
Bake 60 minutes or until inserted knife comes out clean.
Remove pan to wire rack.
Cool 10 minutes.
Invert onto serving platter.
For Cheese Sauce: Melt butter in saucepan; add flour.
Blend in milk.
Cook, stirring constantly over low heat until mix thickens.
Add cheese and seasoning.
Stir until cheese melts.
