Mint And Onion Sauce
|Onions||2 Large, finely chopped|
|Water||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Freshly ground pepper||To Taste|
|Green food color||2 Drop|
Melt butter in saucepan.
Add onions and water; mix well.
Cook, covered, over low heat for 15 minutes or until onions are tender, stirring occasionally.
Spoon into blender or food processor container.
Process until pureed.
Stir in mint, pepper and food coloring.
