Cauliflower In Green Adobe Sauce

Ingredients
  Cauliflower 1 (Whole)
  Canned jalapeno chilies 3 , seeded & chopped
  Chilies 3 , seeded & chopped
  Onion 1⁄2 , chopped
  Garlic 4 Clove (20 gm), chopped
  Romaine lettuce leaves 6 (Outer Leaves)
  Green tomatoes 3 (And/Or 1 Green Pepper)
  Coriander leaves 1⁄4 Bunch (25 gm) (1 Small Bunch)
  Butter 1 Tablespoon
  Orange juice 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

GETTING READY
1) In a food processor, add chillies, onion, garlic, lettuce, tomatoes, green pepper and coriander and blend all together smoothly.

MAKING
2) In a saucepan or wok, steam the whole cauliflower for 8-10 minutes.
3) In a fry pan, melt butter over medium heat and pour the spice mixture. Cook this for 2-3 minutes.
4) Pour fresh orange juice to the spice mixture. Season with salt and pepper. Combine thoroughly.
5) Pour this mixture over the cauliflower.

SERVING
6) Serve the cauliflower on a bed of lettuce.
