|Sharp cheddar cheese/1 cup mild cheddar / process cheese||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
1. Take a saucepan, add butter and melt it. Stir in flour along with salt and pepper and blend well. Stirring continuously, add cream. On medium heat, stir and cook the mixture to turn thick and smooth. Add cheese and stir till it melts.
2. Use as desired.
