Baked Salmon With Mayonnaise Dill Sauce

Ingredients
  Salmon fillet 3 Pound (1.4 Kilogram)
  Mayonnaise 236 Milliliter (1 Cup)
  Lemon juice 1 Teaspoon
  Dill 1 Tablespoon, chopped
  Garlic 2 Clove (10 gm), mashed
  Hot pepper sauce 1 Dash
  White pepper 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Salt To Taste
Directions

Preheat oven to 425°F (215°C).
Place salmon fillet in a shallow baking dish.
Blend mayonnaise with other ingredients.
Spread evenly over salmon fillet and bake for about 20 minutes or until fish flakes easily.
