Savory Turkey Squares with Mushroom Sauce

Ingredients
  Cooked turkey 3 Cup (48 tbs), chopped or ground
  Soft bread crumbs 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Turkey broth/1 chicken bouillon cube and 1 cup water 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Celery 2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs), minced
  Parsley 2 Tablespoon, minced
  Monosodium glutamate 1 Teaspoon
  Eggs 3 , beaten
  Lemon juice 1 Tablespoon
  Instant minced onion 2 Tablespoon
  Pimiento 1 , chopped
  Light cream 2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)
  Mushroom sauce 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

Mix all ingredients except last three.
Season to taste with salt and pepper.
Pour into baking dish (12x7x2 inches) and put in pan of hot water.
Bake in preheated moderate oven (350°F.) for 50 to 60 minutes.
Cut into squares and serve with Mushroom Sauce.
Makes 6 to 8 servings.
