Savory Turkey Squares with Mushroom Sauce
|Cooked turkey||3 Cup (48 tbs), chopped or ground|
|Soft bread crumbs||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Turkey broth/1 chicken bouillon cube and 1 cup water||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Celery||2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs), minced|
|Parsley||2 Tablespoon, minced|
|Monosodium glutamate||1 Teaspoon|
|Eggs||3 , beaten|
|Lemon juice||1 Tablespoon|
|Instant minced onion||2 Tablespoon|
|Pimiento||1 , chopped|
|Light cream||2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)|
|Mushroom sauce||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
Mix all ingredients except last three.
Season to taste with salt and pepper.
Pour into baking dish (12x7x2 inches) and put in pan of hot water.
Bake in preheated moderate oven (350°F.) for 50 to 60 minutes.
Cut into squares and serve with Mushroom Sauce.
Makes 6 to 8 servings.
