Loganberry Or Blackberry Sauce

|Apple juice||15 Milliliter|
|Granulated sugar||60 Milliliter|
Puree the berries in a food processor, strain through a sieve into a small sauce pan.
Blend the cornstarch, apple juice and sugar into the berries.
Heat over low heat until thick.
Use as requirement.
