Mackerel In White Sauce
|Mackerel||4 , cleaned and gutted|
|Carrot||1 , peeled|
|Onion||1 , peeled|
|Lemon||1⁄2 , cut in half|
|Butter||1⁄2 Ounce (15 Gram)|
|Dry white wine||7 Fluid Ounce (200 Milliliter)|
1) Take a large casserole dish and arrange the mackeral in it.
2) Add onion, carrot, butter, thyme, and lemon pieces.
3) Sprinkle salt and pepper to taste and drizzle white wine.
4) Cover the dish and cook on power for 7 minutes on power, turning the fish half way through cooking.
5) Allow to cool and serve.
