Cranberry Sauce Chicken

Ingredients
  Frying chicken 3 Pound, cut up
  Salad oil 1 Tablespoon
  Whole cranberry sauce 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Sugar 1 Tablespoon
  Lime juice 2 Tablespoon
  Butter 1 1⁄2 Tablespoon
  Whole cloves 2
  Cinnamon powder 1 Dash
  Salt 1 Dash
  Pepper 1 Dash
Directions

GETTING READY
1) Add salt and pepper to chicken pieces and leave aside for 5 minutes.

MAKING
2) Take a casserole and heat salad oil in it for 30 seconds.
3) Fry the chicken in the preheated casserole till browned.
4) Mix cranberry sauce, sugar, lime juice, butter, cloves and cinnamon together.
5) Spoon this mixture over chicken.
6) Toss the chicken pieces over every 6 minutes while cooking for 30 minutes.

SERVING
7) Serve hot.
