Cold Ravigote Sauce

Ingredients
  Olive oil/Other cooking oil 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Wine vinegar 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) (White Or Red)
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Minced capers 2 Tablespoon
  Minced yellow onion 2 Tablespoon
  Minced chives 2 Tablespoon
  Minced parsley 1 Tablespoon
  Minced fresh tarragon/1/4 teaspoon dried tarragon 1 Teaspoon
  Minced fresh chervil/1/4 teaspoon dried chervil 1 Teaspoon
Directions

MAKING
1. In a bowl, mix together oil, vinegar, salt and pepper; beat this mixture until it becomes slighly thick
2. Add in all the remaining ingredients and it stand at room temperature for about half an hour; whisk lightly with a fork before using

SERVING
3. This sauce can serve as a dressing for seafood or chicken salad
