Veal Breast In Mushroom Sauce

Ingredients
  Veal breast 2 Pound
  Shortening 2 Tablespoon
  Canned cream of mushroom soup 10 1⁄2 Ounce (1 Can)
  Water 1⁄4 Can (2.5 oz) (Measured With A Soup Can)
Directions

Brown veal in shortening.
Add soup and water.
Simmer, covered, for about 2 hours, or until tender.
Makes 4 servings.
