Butterscotch Sauce

Ingredients
  Firmly packed light brown sugar 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Evaporated milk 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (Undiluted)
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Light corn syrup 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Butter/Margarine 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
Directions

Combine all ingredients in a saucepan; bring to boil and cook for 3 minutes, or until 220°F registers on a candy thermometer.
Makes 2 cups.
Allow 1/4 cup for each serving.
