Maple Walnut Sauce

Ingredients
  Egg yolks 2
  Maple syrup 125 Milliliter
  Whipping cream 125 Milliliter, whipped
  Broken walnut pieces 60 Milliliter
Directions

Beat the egg yolks.
Whip in the syrup, place over a double boiler and cook until thick, remove from heat and cool.
Fold in the cream and nuts.
Use as required.
