Ingredients
  Butter 1 Tablespoon
  Chopped onion 1 Tablespoon
  Vinegar 125 Milliliter (1 Cup)
  Demi glace sauce 250 Milliliter
  Gherkins 3 , finely chopped
  French mustard 2 Teaspoon
  Chopped parsley 1 Teaspoon
Directions

Melt the butter in a small saucepan.
Add the onion and fry it gently until it is softened.
Pour in the vinegar and continue cooking until it is reduced by half.
Add the demi-glace sauce and simmer for 15 minutes.
Stir in the rest of the ingredients.
