Chocolate Raspberry Sauce
|Fresh raspberries||450 Gram|
|Lemon juice||30 Milliliter|
|Granulated sugar||45 Milliliter|
|Grated semi sweet chocolate||80 Gram|
Puree the raspberries in a food processor, press through a sieve (to remove seeds) into a small sauce pan.
Add the lemon juice and sugar, bring to a boil, reduce the heat and simmer to 1 cup (250 ml).
Stir in the chocolate.
Remove from the heat whip in the butter, use as required.
