Celery Garlic Sauce For Broiled Fish
|Butter||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Celery||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs), finley chopped|
|Onion||2 Tablespoon, finley chopped|
|Garlic||2 Clove (10 gm), crushed|
|Parsley||3 Tablespoon, finely chopped|
|Salt and pepper||1|
Melt butter in saucepan.
Saute celery, onion, and garlic until tender and onion is transparent.
Add remaining ingredients; simmer 10-15 minutes.
Brush fish with half of sauce.
Brush with other half of sauce.
Fish is done when it flakes easily with a fork.
