|All purpose flour||2 Tablespoon|
|Meat stock||2 Cup (32 tbs), strained|
|Prepared white horseradish||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Cider vinegar||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Sugar||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
Saute onion in butter until golden.
Stir in flour.
Gradually stir in meat stock.
Cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until thick and smooth.
Gradually stir in remaining ingredients.
Simmer for 10 minutes.
Remove cloves and serve.
