Horseradish Sauce

Ingredients
  Onion 1 , chopped
  Butter/Margarine 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  All purpose flour 2 Tablespoon
  Meat stock 2 Cup (32 tbs), strained
  Prepared white horseradish 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Cider vinegar 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Whole cloves 2
  Sugar 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
Directions

Saute onion in butter until golden.
Stir in flour.
Gradually stir in meat stock.
Cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until thick and smooth.
Gradually stir in remaining ingredients.
Simmer for 10 minutes.
Remove cloves and serve.
