Madeira Or Red Wine Sauce

|Red wine/Madeira||250 Milliliter (1 Cup)|
|Demi glace sauce||250 Milliliter (1 Cup)|
In a small saucepan bring the wine to a boil and cook until it is reduced by half.
Stir in the demi-glace and the seasoning to taste.
Simmer for 10 minutes and serve.
