Madeira Or Red Wine Sauce

Ingredients
  Red wine/Madeira 250 Milliliter (1 Cup)
  Demi glace sauce 250 Milliliter (1 Cup)
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

In a small saucepan bring the wine to a boil and cook until it is reduced by half.
Stir in the demi-glace and the seasoning to taste.
Simmer for 10 minutes and serve.
