This plum sauce is amazing good and healthy! 1 tablspoon serving is less than 30 calories, ....recipe: 12-14 dried prunes, 1/2 cup prune jice, 1/4 cup honey, 2Tablsp lemon juice, 1 tsp cinnamon ...puree, keeps in frigerator, great on yogurts, sweet potato, cottage cheese, spread with bread and peanut butter. YUMMMMY....and so good for you.
