Ingredients
  Butter 1 Ounce (25 Gram)
  Plain flour 1 Ounce (25 Gram)
  Milk 1⁄2 Pint (300 Milliliter)
  Chopped parsley 2 Teaspoon
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

MAKING
1) Take a jug and melt butter for 45 seconds on power.
2) Stir in flour and add milk gradually.
3) Heat on power for 2 minutes, ensuring your stir every minute to avoid lump formation.
4) Add chopped parsley and season to taste.
5) Cook further for a minute on power.

SERVING
6) Serve as required.
