Raisin Sauce For Ham

Ingredients
  Brown sugar 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Dry mustard 1 Teaspoon
  Cornstarch 2 Tablespoon
  Vinegar 1 Tablespoon
  Lemon juice 2 Tablespoon
  Lemon peel 1⁄4 Teaspoon, grated
  Water 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Raisins 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Directions

Mix brown sugar, dry mustard, and cornstarch.
Slowly add vinegar.
Add lemon juice and peel, water, and raisins.
Stir over low heat till thick.
