Remoulade Sauce

Ingredients
  Hard boiled egg 1 , finely chopped
  Shallots 2 Small, finely chopped
  Garlic buttons 4 , finely chopped
  Spinach 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), cooked, drained, and finely chopped
  Mayonnaise 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Worcestershire sauce 1 Teaspoon
  Creole mustard 1 Teaspoon
  Anchovy paste 1 1⁄3 Ounce
  Tabasco sauce 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Lemon juice 2 Tablespoon
  Chopped parsley 2 Tablespoon
  Capers 1 Teaspoon
Directions

In a large bowl, mix all the ingredients.
Chill for several hours to allow flavors to blend.
