Lemon Sauce

Ingredients
  Cornstarch 10 Milliliter
  Granulated sugar 180 Milliliter
  Boiling water 430 Milliliter
  Lemon juice 60 Milliliter
  Grated lemon rind 15 Milliliter
  Butter 30 Milliliter
Directions

Blend the cornstarch with the sugar.
Whisk into the boiling water, simmer until thick.
Whip in the juice, and rind, simmer until the sauce thickens again.
Remove from heat.
Whip in the butter.
Use hot or cold with fruit, sorbets, crepes, cakes, souffles.
