Thick Cream Sauce
|Flour||2 1⁄2 Tablespoon|
|Milk/Cream||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|White pepper||1⁄8 Teaspoon|
1) In a saucepan, melt the better. Add in the flour and stir well.
2) Pour in cold milk gradually while continually stirring. Stir till the mixture turns smooth and creamy.
3) Season with salt and pepper. Allow it to boil for about 3 minutes
4) Serve the sauce hot.
