|Granulated sugar||2 Ounce (50 Gram)|
|Soft brown sugar||3 Ounce (75 Gram)|
|Golden syrup||5 Ounce (150 Gram)|
1. In a heavy bottomed saucepan, combine all the ingredients and place the pan over a low flame.
2. Stirring constantly, simmer the sauce until all the sugar has melted and blended with the butter and syrup to form a thick toffee like sauce.
3. Serve the sauce warm over cakes, puddings, ice cream or fruits.
