Creamy Dijon Sauce

Ingredients
  Water 2 Tablespoon
  Sugar 1 Tablespoon
  Heavy cream 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Mayonnaise 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  White wine vinegar 2 Tablespoon
  Dijon style mustard 2 Tablespoon
Directions

MAKING
1)In a 1-quart sized sauce pan, add water and sugar. Heat water until sugar melts completely.
2)Cool mixture to room temperature.
3)In a small bowl, mix cream until peaks appear with an electric mixer.
4)In a medium bowl, mix together white wine vinegar, mayonnaise, mustard and the cooled sugar syrup.
5)Gradually fold in the whipped cream.

SERVING
6)Use as required in various recipes.
