Grand Marnier Chocolate Sauce

Ingredients
  Grated semi sweet chocolate 60 Gram
  Butter 45 Milliliter
  Egg yolks 3
  Granulated sugar 45 Milliliter
  Half and half 60 Milliliter
  Grand marnier liqueur 80 Milliliter
  Grated orange rind 5 Milliliter
Directions

Melt the chocolate in a double boiler, add the butter and stir until melted.
Beat in the egg yolks one at a time, then the sugar.
Whip in the cream and cook until thickened.
Add the liqueur and orange rind, remove from heat and use as required.
