Grilled Swordfish With Cilantro Butter Sauce

Ingredients
  Swordfish steaks 2 Pound
  Lime juice 3 Tablespoon
  Butter stick 1
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), minced
  Chopped cilantro 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Serrano chile 1 , minced
  Lime wedges 4
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

In a glass bowl, marinate swordfish in lime, salt and pepper 2 hours.
Grill until just opaque, about 6 minutes per side.
Baste with cilantro butter.
Serve with lime wedges.
