Carrots in White Sauce
|Baby carrots||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Milk||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Potato flour||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
1) In a pot, add water and salt and boil.
2) Add the carrots into the boiling water and blanch.
3) Arrange in a casserole with salt, pepper, and butter.
4) Add enough milk, with very little water till the carrots are covered.
5) Place ion the hot oven and cook till nearly done.
6) Add in a little potato flour and cook for another 5 minutes.
7) Stir in parsley and serve.
