Carrots In White Sauce

My grandmother used to grow carrots in her back yard. As kids, i remember having some really delicious dishes innovated by grandmom with those lovely carrots. Try out this Carrots in White Sauce. A simple recipe lightly flavored with pepper and parsley.
Ingredients
  Baby carrots 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
  Butter 2 Tablespoon
  Milk 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Potato flour 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Parsley 1 Tablespoon
Directions

GETTING READY
1) In a pot, add water and salt and boil.

MAKING
2) Add the carrots into the boiling water and blanch.
3) Arrange in a casserole with salt, pepper, and butter.
4) Add enough milk, with very little water till the carrots are covered.
5) Place ion the hot oven and cook till nearly done.
6) Add in a little potato flour and cook for another 5 minutes.

SERVING
7) Stir in parsley and serve.
