Salmon Steaks With Lemon Butter Sauce

Ingredients
  Salmon steaks 2 Pound (6 Pieces, 1 Inch Thick, Fresh / Frozen)
  Lemon butter/Basting sauce 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) (Adjust Quantity As Needed)
Directions

Thaw frozen steaks.
Place fish in well-greased shallow pan or aluminum foil tray.
Brush with Sauce.
Place on cooking grill.
Cover kettle and cook about 7 minutes.
Carefully turn fish; baste with Sauce and cook 7 to 10 minutes longer or until fish flakes with a fork.
