1)In a bowl, melt butter and stir in flour to form a smooth paste.
2)Continue to add soup and wine, all the while stirring the mixture until thickened.
3)Add parsely, salt, cheese and pepper to the mixutre and stir.
4)In a lightly greased baking dish about 13X9X12 inch, arrange the fish.
5)Pour the sauce over the fish.
6)Sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top.
7)Bake at 375 degrees F for 30 minutes uncovered.
